~ September 11-12: Jason Barnes is at DanceGourmet Event You are in for some great instruction and entertainment with friends and fellow dancers on September 11 and 12 when Jason Barnes, master dance instructor, comes to the Circle as the DanceGourmet’s guest. Jason started in 1981 with the arrival of MTV and began learning partner dancing in early 1993 in San Diego, CA. He made an impact on the competition scene in the summer of 1995 and hasn't looked back. Jason will teach four WCS lessons on Saturday with a 5-course gourmet dinner in between and a demo to follow. We’ll leave the light on for you. Sunday will follow with ballroom lessons. ~ September 23-26: Swing Niagara The Best West Coast Swing Line-up in the Northeast & Midwest! ~ September 25: Blake Hobby Dowling will be the special guest in Rhode Island on Saturday, September 25. She is always a joy to dance with. More details will follow as they become available. ~ November 12-14th: Swingin' New England Come dance at the best event in the Northeast! Swingin' New England features: Two huge ballrooms featuring two huge dance floors, A fantastic schedule featuring West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, and Salsa, Over fifty workshops for West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, and more, More then 40 national instructors, and of course... the World Champion Bookends Competition with huge cash prizes! Fundamentals of West Coast Swing 7-9pm,
Open dancing 9pm-close.
$15 for the lesson and dance, $10 to just dance.
